We are a performance gym focused on functional training. Classes utilize kettlebells, ropes, small apparatus, Olympic lifts, sledgehammers, rowers, manual bikes, and cardio-kickboxing or Thai boxing.
Strength and cardio is emphasized in each class and varies in difficulty depending on the ability and experience of each participant. Each day, the head trainer outlines a coordinated workout for that day’s sessions. The workout changes daily to keep the program interesting and challenging, allowing members to continually see improvement in their fitness. Classes are designed to be challenging for individuals with varied fitness goals and skill levels.
