The primary service is Group Functional Training. Classes vary daily with progressions and regressions for each member, designed to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Prospective members will be screened to ensure they are physically ready for the services offered by Spartan Strength. The programs offered by Spartan Strength will be designed to challenge members and improve overall health and athletic ability.
Each class begins with a dynamic stretch, designed to prepare the body for movements that will be performed during class. Dynamic stretching is an effective way to improve flexibility and balance while warming up the core temperature before a workout. Sessions consist of a 45-minute functional strength and cardio workout, designed to train the body in the essentials of human movement, including squats, presses, twists, etc. Workouts involve all major muscle groups along with balance and coordination. Sessions end with an active isolated stretch to help the body begin the recovery process after the workout.
Spartan Strength Certifications include NASM-CPT & PES, NSCA-CSCS, Apex Nutrition, and Apex Bodybugg.

Members may choose from three tiers of membership.
A daily workout designed by the trainer. Member is responsible for executing the workout after a description of exercises by the trainer. The trainee can attend one session daily for as many days per month as desired.
Available for five or more members looking to workout as a group. The group must attend class together, but time of day can vary with each session. Team training focuses on improving, speed, agility, and power while developing the mental components athletes require. Youth teams looking to improve their athletic performance can benefit from this option, developing accountability among team members.
Trainee will have individual attention from the Head Trainer on a per hour fee basis.
